For more than 25 years I have worked across residential property, development and investment, involved in every stage of the journey, from securing land through to construction and the delivery of completed homes. Along the way I have built strong relationships with developers, builders, finance professionals, accountants and advisers right across Australia, and those partnerships let us source opportunities chosen for their location, quality and lasting value, rather than simply following market trends.

Today I lead RP Prospects and Infill Property Group with a simple philosophy. Good property decisions are built on quality research, trusted relationships and a patient view of the market. Property cycles will always change, but the fundamentals that drive strong outcomes remain remarkably consistent.

What I enjoy most is solving problems, whether that is helping an SMSF trustee navigate a complex lending environment, helping an investor build a high performing portfolio, or working alongside advisers to deliver better outcomes for their clients. The best solutions come from collaboration and experience.

I have always believed reputation is earned through consistency. That means being transparent, delivering on commitments and treating every client’s investment as if it were my own.
